can people in vadafone call centres eg the people who harass you about new tarifs and deals haha can they read yor text messages and stuff if they know you very well and have yor phone nymber as your details come on screen

Customer " You've got to fix my computer.. I urgently need to printdocument, but the computer won't boot properly." Tech Support " What does it say?" Customer " Something about an error and non system disk." Tech Support " Look at your machine. Is there a floppy inside?" Customer " No, but there's a sticker saying there's an Intel inside." 14 . Love them or hate them, we all have to phone a call centre from time to time, and they also get very bad press. For that reason, do you think call centres are here to stay and if so, what are the future trends that will shape contact centre usage

im 17 and i really need a job so i can get some money. Also I need to start thinking about where im gonna work to save up for my gap year and i heard call centres are an easy way of making money. recently found a job im 19years old.working at a calling centre, this is my first job.i have to convince people to extend there contracts for another twleve months, for the first day wow i totally failedi had the script & if you go by the script you simply wont sell anything however the second day was better.i made a personal script on my opening lines to get cormfatable, first day i was 'statering' iuno how you spell that but the words just wern't coming out of my mouth, second day there was somewhat flow.im going in for twice the time period tomorrow,not feeling so good tonight, any good ways to calm down my nerves iuno why i get nervous over the phone. thank you guys
